Lina M. Vargas, MD, FACS, RPVI is a board-certified vascular surgeon and founder of Lumina Vein & Aesthetic Institute in Windermere.
Dr. Vargas completed her postgraduate training in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at Cleveland Clinic, where she also completed a research fellowship in cardiac and vascular surgery.
